The name EL Pasha, the logo, the product names Noir™, Prime™, Signature Collection™ and Reserve™, and all visual and textual material on this website are the property of EBE Commerce or of the parties who have granted us permission for their use.

Our products are manufactured and marketed in accordance with the European Cosmetics Regulation. The full list of ingredients can be found on the packaging of each product.
Avoid contact with eyes and damaged skin, keep the bottle out of reach of children, and store it in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. If you have any doubts about an ingredient, please consult the packaging or contact us. The information on this website is not medical advice.

Applicable law and disputes
Dutch law applies to the use of this website and to all agreements arising from it.
If you have a complaint, please let us know first via info@el-pasha.com. We will process a complaint within one working day and will inform you within fourteen days how we will resolve it. If we cannot reach an agreement, you can submit the dispute to the competent Dutch court, unless the law designates another court.
