Ordering and shipping
Ordering at EL Pasha
Have you found an EL Pasha item you would like to order? Select the desired product and click on “Add to cart.” You can continue shopping at any time. Your cart is always accessible via the shopping bag icon at the top right of the page.
Please note: items in your cart are not reserved.
Once you are ready to complete your purchase, click on the shopping bag icon to review your selected items. You can adjust quantities if needed. Then click “Checkout” to finalize your order.
Please note: once your order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled, as it is processed immediately to ensure fast handling.
1. Shipping Costs
We currently ship exclusively to the Netherlands and Belgium. Our long-term vision is to expand and offer shipping to additional countries.
Netherlands
- Standard shipping: €4.95 (for orders below €50)
- Free shipping: on orders from €50
- Letterbox shipping (samples): free
Belgium
- Standard shipping: €7.25 (for orders below €50)
- Free shipping: on orders from €50
All shipping costs are clearly displayed during checkout.
Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
2. Order Tracking
All orders are shipped with Track & Trace.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking link. Please note that it may take some time before the tracking information becomes active.
3. Delivery Times
We aim to ensure fast and careful delivery.
Orders placed on working days before 16:00 are processed the same day whenever possible.
Estimated delivery time:
- Netherlands & Belgium: 1–3 business days
Please note: these are estimated delivery times. Delays may occur due to external factors beyond our control.
4. Not Home During Delivery
If your package cannot be delivered, it will be temporarily stored at a pickup location of the carrier (usually up to 7 days).
You will receive a notification from the courier with details on where and when you can collect your package.
If the package is not collected within this period, it will be returned to our warehouse.
5. Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct shipping address.
As we process orders quickly, there is only a limited window to make changes. If you believe you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
EL Pasha is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered according to the Track & Trace information.
If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us as soon as possible.
After 14 days from the indicated delivery date, an investigation can be initiated with the shipping carrier.
