Defective or Incorrectly Delivered Products
If you have received an incorrect product or if the product is defective, please contact us as soon as possible at info@el-pasha.com.
We will review your request and provide an appropriate solution as quickly as possible, such as a replacement or refund.
Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receiving it, without providing any reason.
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.
Upon receiving your return in good condition, you will be refunded the full purchase amount, including any standard shipping costs. The cost of returning the product to us is at your own expense.

Return Procedure

After receiving and reviewing your request, you will receive further instructions on how to return your order.
Step 2 – Return Shipment
After your return request has been confirmed:

Ship the package using a traceable shipping method (Track & Trace)

Keep your shipping receipt
The customer is responsible for the return shipment until it has been received by us.
Step 3 – Refund
Once we have received and inspected your return:

the purchase amount will be refunded within 5 working days

via the same payment method used for the original transaction
