Ordering from EL Pasha

Have you found an EL Pasha product you would like to order? Select your desired item and click "Add to Cart". You may continue shopping at any time. Your shopping cart can always be accessed via the cart icon located in the top-right corner of the website.

Please note: items placed in your cart are not reserved.

Once you are ready to complete your purchase, click on the cart icon to review your selected items. You may adjust quantities if needed. Then proceed to "Checkout" to finalize your order.

After an order has been placed, it is immediately processed for shipment. As a result, it is generally no longer possible to modify or cancel an order.

1. Shipping Costs

EL Pasha currently ships to multiple countries across Europe, North America, and Australia.

All shipping costs are clearly displayed during checkout.

Netherlands

  • Free letterbox shipping (samples): for orders between €0.00 and €7.96

  • Standard shipping: €4.95 for orders between €0.00 and €49.99

  • Free shipping: on orders of €50 or more

  • Premium protected shipping: additional €2.95

Belgium

  • Free letterbox shipping (samples): for orders between €0.00 and €7.96

  • Standard shipping: €7.25 for orders between €0.00 and €49.99

  • Free shipping: on orders of €50 or more

  • Premium protected shipping: additional €2.95

Germany

  • Standard shipping: €7.95 for orders between €0.00 and €49.99

United States

  • Standard shipping: €15.00 (approximately $17 USD, depending on the current exchange rate)

  • Free shipping is not available

  • Premium protected shipping: additional €2.95

Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to additional import duties, taxes, VAT, or customs fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Canada

  • Standard shipping: €15.00 (approximately $17 CAD, depending on the current exchange rate)

  • Free shipping is not available

  • Premium protected shipping: additional €2.95

Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to additional import duties, taxes, VAT, or customs fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Australia

  • Standard shipping: €18.00 (approximately $21 AUD, depending on the current exchange rate)

  • Free shipping is not available

  • Premium protected shipping: additional €2.95

Orders shipped to Australia may be subject to additional import duties, taxes, VAT, or customs fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Romania

  • Premium Protected Shipping: €17.00 (approximately 89 RON depending on the current exchange rate)
  • Free shipping not available.

Orders shipped to Romania are sent using our Premium Protected Shipping service by default to ensure a secure and reliable delivery experience.

This shipping method includes Track & Trace and additional protection during transit.

For orders shipped to Romania, additional import duties, taxes, customs fees, or clearance charges may apply depending on local regulations. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

2. Order Tracking

All orders are shipped with Track & Trace.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email. Please note that tracking information may take some time to become active after shipment.

3. Delivery Times

We strive to process and ship every order as quickly and carefully as possible.

Orders placed on business days before 4:00 PM (CET) are processed the same day whenever possible.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Netherlands & Belgium: 1–3 business days

  • Germany & France: 2–5 business days

  • Spain & Italy: 2–5 business days

  • United Kingdom: 2–5 business days

  • United States: 2–5 business days

  • Canada: 2–5 business days

  • Australia: 2–5 business days

  • Romania: 2–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs procedures, peak periods, or other external circumstances.

EL Pasha is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or international customs processes.

4. Failed Delivery Attempts

If a package cannot be delivered, it may be held at a local carrier collection point.

You will receive a notification from the carrier with instructions regarding where and when your package can be collected.

If a package is not collected within the specified timeframe, it may be returned to our warehouse.

Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

5. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

As orders are processed quickly, there is only a limited window to request address changes. If you believe an incorrect address has been entered, please contact us as soon as possible.

EL Pasha is not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues resulting from incorrectly provided shipping information.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

EL Pasha is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us as soon as possible.

Depending on the circumstances, an investigation may be initiated with the carrier.

7. International Shipments

International shipments may be subject to import duties, VAT, taxes, customs fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are beyond the control of EL Pasha and are solely the responsibility of the customer.
